I'm still wondering what the entire reason for this war is? Anyone? I think its kind of ironic Evolution is claiming TTI embraces pirates when they podkill people theyre not even at war with (all those other threads about them). Myself I'd rather be in an alliance with pirates then in a corp that podkills newbies. Likewise the whole Fountain alliance should ask themselves why they let a podkiller company in. I sure wouldnt want to associate with a corp that kills newbies for no reason.

Thats not to say I excuse TTI for living with pirates. They still are somewhat responsible for their image being tarnished. While hardly podkillers TTI is the epitome of arrogance. While I'm an avid supporter of capitalistic companies I find your corporation a bit too microsoftish for me.
Then again you could be podkilling newbies like Evolution so I guess your not that bad?

No Mordessa thats the problem. You claimed to be attacking because they are pirates and plotted against you yet youve offered no proof and now when exposed as a PK'er of players who have nothing to do with your activities instead of paying restitution you just call them a casualty of war. I think the entire galaxy would be better without PK players who kill for no reason. Perhaps you'd shed some light for those people who had nothing to do with this war and were podded by your goon squad anyway?

1. TTI oppresses freedom of the press. They have used bullying tactics to destroyed or shut down at least two news organizations operating in Eve space, and caused the mysterious disappearance of numerous news reporters.
I'm not aware of this. What happend?
2. TTI has numerous relationships with pirate and terrorist organizations, but TTI members continue to fancy themselves legitimate businessmen and put on an innocent act to try to fool the public and their new recruits.
I guess I really dont care who they have as allies as long as they leave me alone. The only times Ive read about TTI destroying someone innocent they paid them back. Does Evolution do the same thing?
3. TTI uses their economic power to continuously exploit the market.
If they are exploiting they should be banned. What exactly are they doing?
4. Some TTI members have been caught using cheats.
Again I'm not aware of this except for the one person who talked about mining with a macro. Were there more? Please post a link so I can read about them I'm only about 8 pages back in the forums so far (alot to read!).
5. Yet when things donĘt go TTI way, they are the 1st to file petitions and ask for intervention.
I am under the understanding that petitions are only answered if they are legitimate arent they? What is the deal with these are they unfair petitions? I wouldn't support that.

I'm just trying to get a feel for the game and to be honest see this as a war between two corps (actually one corp because TTI seems to not want to fight) that have dragged two entire regions into it. If Evolution wanted to attack TTI they shouldve done it in Lonetrek and not Venal where they had to know the Venal people would fight back. Likewise I think if I were in TTI I would not attack the Fountain people for the same reason. I do see some Venal people getting sick of this as I'm sure many Fountain people will get sick of this in a week or two. This is just annoying to read about I cant even imagine being involved in this mess. Personally after playing several online games in the past Ive seen players like Evolution and m0o that kill for no reason and dont have any respect for them. Their leader SirMollie seems to have no problem killing innocent people which is my real problem with them. I stay far away from them just so I dont become another of their many accidents.
If I were the Fountain people I would reconsider having the current version of m0o2 in my alliance. They bring alot of discredit onto reputable corps like Critical Mass (which seems like a good corp). I dont understand why they would even associate with someone like that unless they were really afraid of them.
No offense was taken at thinking I'm an alt. I'm hoping to join a corp this weekend if you have any recommendations let me know.

Thank you for the reply. I'll check out those threads. I'm only 8-9 pages back on the forums (alot of reading) but I'm trying to catch up on the history of EVE and the corporations. I've looked at several companies in EVE and am torn between joining one and starting my own. My character is a Black Market Trader and yes I have noticed the market is kind of "goofy" at times (I cant find stuff). If that is someone buying everything I am opposed to that. Shooting everyone in a war is ok I guess in the war area I was referring to the posts by those people who were killed by Evolution in Lonetrek. I guess I would hope a group as honorable as TAOSP would admit a mistake and reimburse those innocent people. Ive seen some posts where they clearly admit doing this while travelling to the front yet basically call the person a casualty of war even though the war is 20 jumps away. I'm talking about that type of behavior not killing newbies in a war zone who are probably enemies in disguise (a move I actually support).
